Registration is now open for our Hoofprints in the City Program. This program gives youth the opportunity to learn how to lead and groom a horse. There will be no riding in this program. This program is FREE for all participants.

Wednesday, February 7th
Two Sessions to Choose From:
4:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m.
5:15 p.m. – 6:15 p.m.
Both Sessions are the Same

This opportunity is offered for 8-14-year-olds. Youth with no horse experience preferred, and closed-toe shoes are required. Due to the reactionary nature of the horse, participants are asked to keep noise to a minimum and no running in the facility. Other children not participating in the program must remain outside the arena with their parents. Disruptive participants and attendees may be asked to step outside at any time.

All youth must enroll in 4-H Online. Enrollment is free but is required before participating. During enrollment, you will be asked if you understand and agree to abide by the North Carolina 4-H Youth Development Program Liability Waiver, Assumption of the Risk, Photo, & Media Release, and Indemnification Agreements. You can view these documents on the NC 4-H website.
