L.I.F.T. aka Lifelong Improvements through Fitness Together is our 16 session research-based fitness program. We will be offering this program starting in August on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 2-3 p.m.

What is included in the L.I.F.T. Program

  • Each session will include a warm-up, total body strength training exercises, and cool down stretches
  • Each week participants will receive nutrition tips to further help them to reach their wellness goals.
  • Equipment will be provided for use, but participants are welcome to bring their own if desired (only dumbbells will be needed).
  • The instructor(s) will offer options for modifications and advanced exercises as needed for each individual.
  • Incentives will be provided to participants who complete the program.

Registration is encouraged to be completed by July 29th and can be done simply by contacting our FCS Agent, Hayley Cowell at hayley_cowell@ncsu.edu or 704-983-3987.
