Med Instead of Meds - Spring into Fresh Greens
Hayley Cowell, the Family and Consumer Sciences Agent for the Stanly County Cooperative Extension, is leading the "Spring into Fresh Greens" class as part of her Eat the Med Way 2026 monthly cooking series. This session focuses on the "Eat More Fruit and Vegetables" step of the Mediterranean lifestyle, highlighting seasonal spring produce.
