L.I.F.T. Program

Lifelong Improvements through Fitness Together is our 16 session strength training program. Participants will learn 8 core exercises (plus a few more) to build total body strength and improve their physical health.

If you are looking for an online option to take the program or would like to continue building strength in between our in-person L.I.F.T. Programs, we have all sessions recorded and linked below.
