Lifelong Improvements through Fitness Together or L.I.F.T. is a 16 session fitness program we offer for all ages. This program focuses on total body strength training while also incorporating a warmup and cool down for improved endurance and flexibility. There are 8 core exercises in this program, but depending on the level of fitness of our participants we may used modified moves or enhanced moves.
