2025 Home Canning Series

With warmer weather finally here, our fresh produce will soon be in abundance as well...which means it's time to freshen up on our home canning skills!! There will be 3 hands-on opportunities this year to gain knowledge and confidence in preserving using both a waterbath canner and pressure canner.Each class has a fee of $20 and all materials will be provided. We have space for 8 participants in each class, so go ahead and save the date(s) and give us a call to register!! Once we receive your payment, the spot in class is all yours!Lastly, if you have a dial gauge pressure canner at home, it is time to start getting those tested for accuracy. We do that for free here at the Cooperative Extension office.
