Collapse ▲Stanly County 4-H Announces Inaugural Fall Fun Show
The Rocky River Riders 4-H Club is hosting the 1st Annual Stanly County 4-H Fall Fun Show on October 25, 2025, at the West Stanly Saddle Club located at 13154 Saddle Club Rd, Oakboro, NC. The event will kick off at 10:00 a.m., with gates opening at 8:00 a.m.. The show will be judged by Barbara Prather. Stanly County 4-H and Rocky River Riders 4-H Club would like to thank all the sponsors who helped to make this event possible.
Event Details
Riders between the ages of 5 and 18 (as of January 1, 2025) are invited to participate in a variety of classes, including Hunter, Western, and Ranch events. The show will also feature fun classes such as Lead Line, Ride a Buck, and a Costume Class.
While the show is free to audience members, the cost to participate is $10 per class or a flat rate of $60 for all-day participation. Event registration and 4-H enrollment must be completed and up-to-date online at 4Honline.com before the event. On the day of the show, class fees can be paid with cash or a check made payable to Stanly County 4-H.

- Parents/guardians are required to stay at this event with their children.
- If you enrolled in 4-H prior to January 1, you must have re-enrolled after that date for your enrollment to be up-to-date. Log into 4HOnline.com to update your enrollment, then you will be able to register for the event.
- NC 4-H considers youth the age they are on Jan. 1 the entire calendar year. A child who turns 5 on January 2, 2025 cannot enroll in 4-H or participate in 4-H activities until January 1, 2026.
